qck normal is only 2mm thick, so should be pretty obvious if hes desktop isnt perfectly flat its going to affect the sensor also rite?

hey guys wanna ask u. how to repair the scroll button for my mouse? its a bit loose so i cant scroll proper. is it a normal problem with razer since my friend also experiencing the same problem.
