I think if every participant will buy a drink from them and don't make so much noise, it wont be a big problem. Or can we contact the person in charge and ask them reserved a corner for us, so that we won't disturb other customer?

To avoid we get kick out from coffee bean last minutes，why don't we just call up the coffee bean and make the arrangement first? may be we can get a special rate for our coffee? If they don't allow then we still have time to find for another venue

Actually i do think that times square food court will be a good idea as the place the big and not much ppl go there. We can just find a corner and start our TT there. We can reach the place easily and it is convenient for those don't have public transport. Must consider those who dun have transport also. =)
