I am going to get my house key soon, meaning its time to start shopping around,finalising details and compare prices.
I need recommendation for these few areas, fellow forumers hope you can help/assist me in the followings:

1) Painter
2) Wireman/Electrical Guy
3) Plumbing
4) Plaster Ceiling/renovation(floor and wall tiles) and etc

This way I could control everything and most important do things the way I like

All stuff up there are pretty related to one another, like wiring and plaster ceiling would need to work together, and tilings too. if you simply get anyone out there and somehow the wiring guy and the plaster ceiling guy has personal grudge against one another, or the tiling can only be done after the wiring is complete, but the wiring is taking too long but the tiling guy can't wait, etc.
You can control everything even when there is a supervisor, note that the supervisor control them, but you control the supervisor.
