let me brief my my car a bit

P. Wira 1.5 Year 2001. ( AUto) 4G15. Aeroback
Milleage agak - agak ( 200K km) as in mid 150K era, my speedometer cable spoilt include meter, so take some time t replace, a new meter installed ( current reading is abt 25K)

Problems so far ( 8 years):

1. Power windows ( benn chnaging more than 5 times)

2. Central locking ( Changing 3-4 times), different issue, lock no power to coem out, auto lock no matter how u opne it, ....) Finally chnage to a recon parts from 90s, then ok until now ( abt 4 years)

3. Water go into rear bonet area and under my car body. Whole inner under carpet is wet. Water from rear parts rubber lining. Spare tyre area flooded. Change a new rubber. problem solved until now.

4. One time, timing broken in middle road, milleage is 15K . Argue with mech bawah pokok, he no compensate to my lost. Never trust mech like that. Luckily, not much damage but cost me abit abt 1k plus, as to repair teh valve.

5.All other is normal wear and tears. DO regular service is to keep the car in good condition. Been usign Fully syn since day one until this year. CHanging to semi.Just weird that i cannot use Shell Helix Ultra. ENgine oil evaporate fast. Other brand no issue.

6. Just change oil seals last week as oil leaking. The LOW OIL PRESSure light out in dash board. Change ATF also. and Gasket too.


7. FC , on new car is much better compare now. in year 2001-2002, can reach 500Km in highway easily , and 400++ in city driving. Now, is abt 360km the warning light come out. Average 380-400 for one full tank ( 38-40ltrs)




MODIFICATION

Really not much.

1. Change rim to 14" from 13"

2. Grouding.

3. VS.

4. Cyclone , micro compressor, e-Power, ( all this not much effect to car power and FC) Just wasted my money .

5. Projector type head lights.



Few question here:

1. I think my ECU still under MMC( mid 2001 only all batch change to VDO). should i go to remapping or reset my ECU?If yes, where to go?

2. my 3rd brake light ( LED type) at the spoiler. Only few left still got lights. HOw do we change it? by LED? change whole LED panel? or change whole spoiler?

Injector cleaner, never try yet.
