I heard if go late then price will be cheaper... is it?... i went the last day once, and all those cheap usb drives are sold out... never been there early... any suggestion what's the best timing to go?... looking to buy parts for my new gaming rig... monitor, 5850, mouse n keyboard, cpu maybe and etc....

can sum1 suggest me the best value 1080p monitor (21"-24")... so far i see viewsonic cheapest but dunno bout quality... going to pc fair in penang btw...
