Ordered a camera lens from KLDSLR, a reputable camera seller.
I need to use it this Monday for my 1 week field job for my research project.
Living in Selangor in year 2018, it is totally reasonable to place order at Wednesday night, have your item shipped at Thursday and expect it to arrive in Friday.
Seller sent out item @Jan 11 5.20pm from Johor, arrive at Selangor hub @Jan 121am . Pretty good. Item start to deliver at 8am. But this is where it gets out from hub and the nightmare begin.

Jan 12:
-Morning. The tracker said the item is on courier for delivery. Wait until afternoon still not arrive. If this were GDEX or poslaju they should be on my doorstep around this time.
-4pm, call HQ, they said they prioritize office address first. But they promise me it will arrive by 7.30pm Alright; But having previous nightmares with this company, I proactively give them my phone number so they have no reason to screw up.
-I wait until 8pm also nothing. No parcel, no call, no update. Suddenly 9.40pm got that tracker update said they contacted me for reschedule as you can see above. Wut? Did they even try? Wtf driver? why you have to lie in parcel tracking?
Jan 13 (Today):
-I call them (HQ) at 9am right after they commence their Saturday business hour. I complain about yesterday, they said the driver didn't have my phone number. "Eh, I already gave my phone no. yesterday???".
"But there are no record of you contacted us yesterday" so she replied. hm........ ok nvm things got mixed up sometimes. Don't have high hope for them anyway.
-She said my parcel is now handled by saujana putra branch, but they promise my parcel will arrive by 4pm today.
-Having lost large chunk of my trust to them, I call Saujana Putra branch just to be sure. Complained about yesterday issue, she said "driver malas la tu.." Im speechless, but not totally surprised either.
-She then transfer my call to someone. .. .. .. no one pick up. The line timed out and disengaged.
My balls crinkled, turns blue and I died.
-As expected, 11.30pm still didn't receive my item.
Since I wont be home for the next whole week; By now, it is clear that I won't be getting my item until next of next Monday.
So, this Monday I will proceed to my field job without my camera.

I have contact the seller, asking them to retract the parcel, and resend it to me later using much trusted Poslaju.
Should I asked the seller to use poslaju from beginning, I would have been busy happily testing the lens now instead of crying here.
