P/S: strongly recommend wired connection coz more stable. football game is unlike those FPS or Action game. 1-2 secs unstable connection or delay will kill the fun of the game.

you can just google for another source ...

after u got the mp3 , import into your ps3 , create a playlist KONAMI_WE , add the mp3 into playlist ... in we2010 , goto edit team , chants , change it there ... i like the setting in we2010 compare to we2009 , as we can use more than 1 files

try check ur ping stable anot...
Start->Run->type "cmd" enter->type 202.188.0.133 enter
Prt Sc n post here 4 me see....

normally stable ping is 20-30 only...
