2010 budget....so called "nation oriented" but only benefit higher income group.
ie. 1% tax reduction for RM100k income group only encounter for approximately 5% of total population of workin group in Malaysia. The reduction enjoyment is too minimal and skew down to certain income group. other than that, I dont see any benefits or support that we all as non-bumi can enjoy in this bolehland. |

Typical BN budget..... give u some sweet, then wack u kow2.
Nothin much for the man on the street except additional RM1,000.00 releive for taxable income. It is a prelude to increase in petrol prices and introduction of GST Wats with the 1% reduction for highest band (RM100k taxable income?)and not overall??? Help all the GMs & CEO and nothing for the executives and managers!!!! Budget written by Economics degree dropout |

You do not start a topic with single liner in here.
So until you have a specific thing to discuss in regards to the budget; this topic would be closed. However, if it's regarding the RPGT of 5% a topic had already being created after the budget announcement: http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1203725 Else, there's already an existing general topic on Budget 2010 here: http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1203788 So open a topic only when you have specific things to discuss. And your own input also instead of a single liner such as "budget 2010 any comment ? " |

Added: there's another topic here in regards to government action if one is really into politics: http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1205019
