It seems that to purchase a low cost flat in KL, the buyer`s salary must be RM2500 or lower. Is it possible to make an appeal to the city council if my salary is above RM2500?

QUOTE(??!! @ Oct 29 2009, 12:58 PM) Not really sure about the party that does the allocation, the lawyer just mentioned that approval is submitted to the city council, which is DBKL in my case.Added on October 29, 2009, 2:25 pm QUOTE(jasonhanjk @ Oct 29 2009, 02:03 PM) RM1000 to get concent This post has been edited by nazo: Oct 29 2009, 02:25 PM |

It is for hard core poor, the total household income must be less than stated
It is obvious not for investment |

If there is a chance to get a unit, is it a good choice to get one?

it always choices by getting property for investment no matter it is low cost / middle cost or high end. just depends on how u play with the profit margin and how much u expect in return only. for own stay i have no comment as long as u like the place no 1 can change ur mind.

The lawyer help to apply, submit the application a few times.
In the end still fail but cost has pile up. Anyway, there are legal method to get low cost flat at my salary range. No need to be so stupid go buy sub sale. |
