That CSL thing runs MTK OS, ... it just says "Android Interface", i.e. they skin it to look like Android. There are similar knock-off phones for iphone as well; the outer casing looks pretty much the same and it runs some basic phone OS that is skinned to look like some other phone. ..Dunno who willingly buys this kind of phone, it just seems to spoil the reputation of the real thing only.
