Beside of paypal ,any other platform that provide higher currency exchange rate?

I mean if there any other platform like moneybook is better than paypal ?The currency exchange ..As you see ,the picture above shown ,1 USD =3.32497 MYR while XE shows 1USD -3.40850MYR
