still no review.. *sigh* BTW I am not expecting the seller to review but surely if his stocks sold out the first two times there is some user on here. I'm not expecting a comprehensive review either...

cool, thanks - those pics look very good. does the optical out work, does it play advertised media (esp ISOs) properly I guess are important items to note. how is the networking - easy or hard etc

is it the MKV files it cannot handle or the DTS stream inside it? won't matter if you are connecting to a receiver, but if you are only using stereo out then you need an internal DTS decoder

in part 1 review there's a picture


you can use the CVBS or the component (Y/Pb/Pr, if your TV has it)

but for CRT TV i would suggest a player without HDMI - save some $
