i can't link the blue post, but they did say that you would be matched up with people of similar gear levels as yourself. So if you are in 245s the other 4 people would most likely be in at least 232s.
Which of course, doesn't really matter, because how many people in pure ToGC gear are gonna be pugging heroics? |
