Well this is just a suggestion but maybe you could keep some cards in stock if you anticipate demand.
In regards to your need for the screenshot / scanned copy of the receipt, wouldn't the number, date, branch number etc be enough? |

yes it would clear up a things like, instead of having your customers who have already paid to wait for you to clarify.
