I can buy for you USD10 or USD20 as soon as the funds show up in my sister's CIMB acct.

I prefer not use my paypal acct at this time because my goal to get the funds in RM and keep them in Malaysia.

Yes, you should be able to use DLC from US PSN Store with all of the acct on your PS3. What's more important is that if you are downloading a DLC for a disc-based game, make sure that is the same region as your game disc. For example, the Burnout Paradise DLC from the US PSN Store may not work with your Burnout Paradise game if your game disc is R3.
