NCC have the v20 update already ?

I read somewhere around the net and found that quite an amount of N97 users have the same " hang-on-the-logo-screen " problem , which some of them successfully start up without hard reset the phone , i myself encountered the same problem and after a few hard reset the problem seems gone. Even NCC can't confirm the actual problem for this.
Their answer is most probably the memory card problem , but not 100% sure, but what i know every hard reset will make ur phone works again but re arrange the home screen , restore the content will be the damn part.

no worry , i didn do any backup when i send my phone for the firmware update, and they will ask you whether to format your mass memory or not. But to be safe , you better do your own backup before sending it for update, as you know , human being is not excepted from mistakes and if they accidentally formatted your mass memory and phone memory , then
