Hey guys ... any idea why after i hard reset, all my previous installed apps still there ...?
i tried pressed "caps" + space + del + power button
i tired *#7370# .. same ...

I got another question about hard-reset ...

Isnt hard reset suppose to be reset all the factory setting include those apps that i un-installed.

I done my hard reset in follow sequences
1. Remove my memory card, format my memory card
2. hard reset by *#7370#
3. then format my mass memory.

Is weird that i havent got any factory apps such as facebook and so on .. even the game (guitar) that came with the phone in first place are gone ...

Anythings i done wrong ?

Anyone got any clue how to fix this problem:

they qwerty keyboard key input are not as it actual show on the keyboard.
What i mean is:

When i press the button (.) next to the enter key, the input is (,) instead of (.) , some others button like (&), it gave me " but not &, there are few are not the same as it show ...

how to solve this problem?

I got the solution...
Download NSS(Nemesis Service Suite) and change ur product code to any product that use the same keyboard as urs (like malaysia n97, australia, or most asia product code) ... then update ur firmware to either previous v12 or new firmware 2.0 ... done =)
