I don't really recommend Nokia PC Suite. Download Nokia Ovi Suite instead.

Update your phone using Ovi Suite instead of Nokia Software Updater. It's know for it's incompatible with Windows 7.

If you still insist, try these steps:

1. Uninstall Nokia Software Updater
2. Run NSU as Administrator
3. Install it
4. Once finish, run the NSU as Administrator

Anyway, I suggest you use Ovi Suite instead. If the problem still presist, then you should wait for v2.1 next week.

Not quite. The last 2-3 month experience when installing NSU, it crash so frequently, and hell even I don't know what caused it. You can refer the earlier post or previous version of the topic.

Maybe I misunderstood what the question owner are telling me?

Well, I don't care much. using ovi is alot simple in my opinion

As normal, our country will receive the update late then other countries out there. Normally 1-2 weeks

You can update through Ovi Suite or NSU.

But if you afraid of losing your data, go Nokia center to update it again (if the nokia centre are aware of v21 firmware)

Nope, you can't.

I asked them before, they say "it's from daily usage, you can't claim the warranty".

I asked the Nokia Centre at Sutera Mall anyway. Sad oh ;(
