Any "MAPS" application on ur N97 is a OviMaps.. just depend what version...
make sure you have downloaded Malaysia map and also voice to ur phone via Nokia Map Loader...
eat up ur few cent maybe is not the A-GPS.. is it the Data which you don't have the map on ur Phone and the application keep downloading the map to ur phone wherever place u scrolling.. just like Google map..
by doing this, gonna cost u a boom...

QUOTE(G K Lai @ Jan 27 2010, 04:41 PM) Hi NickyEng, by looking at the layout and icon position, I'm afraid the one you're using is not the latest v3.03 Anyone really get the compass to work most of the time? Mine does not work most of the time! After waving the phone as stated in the user manual, sometimes it would work, but most of the time it just failed! This is my old problem since the older version of Nokia Maps v2. From the older v10 firmware until the current v20! Very disappointed! U mean N97Compass? just turning it around... my work all the time...
