Avaxx, Zitron, Sapure is category as original set. Thus you can get all the support and warranty from any Nokia Service Center.

erm nt really bad but as compare to my N95 =D its not as sharp =D but overall still a very all rounded phone !

ur warning is not true ! i m using windows live messenger now and i having V20 firmware....
just a reminder not ONLY AVAXX and not ONLY 1 utama....
so long ur phone is ORIGINAL aka zitron/avaxx/blahblah , you can send to ANY nokia care centre for ur firmware upgrade =) biggrin.gif

Coz got forumer claimed that can update at NCC. But since our code is not updated how come NCC can update. Changing product code? lols..

I also want to know.
Coz previously they said those that get v20 in NSU is those AP phone.
AXAXX and Zitron not yet get it.

The Update by SC are different. It install directly to your phone, doesn't matter your phone Product Code is entitle or not entitle.

he used 2 years plus =D although LED rarely burn but my G15 proven LED can burn sad.gif

brother, without a correct product code u can flash ur phone to V20 with pheonix(3rd party software) if u know how to use but it will raise ur phone got bricked...
NCC R NOT USING NOKIA SOFTWARE updater which a consumer using they using NOKIA CARE SUITE... doh.gif

Even in firmware 2.0, the default browser still crash while browsing (the application shut down itself while browsing)....

..and i thot it only happened in V12 cry.gif

i went to the ncc in plaza berjaya, seems to me, the vibration spoilt is quite common....few units are there pending for parts...

they have to change the whole mobo, and no parts avlble now....woo hoo!!
