omg, my fon hang at nokia wording when i switch on my fon....wht happen? and wht to do... ihv pull the battery and switch it on again... repeat the same problem

why it asked me to direct usb cable connection...even i follow it's instruction... direct usb, pc suit... any other update method? or any opinions?

i mean when update through cable to pc... it available new update for my fon, but i click update...it say fail...and ask me to connect usb direct to the pc....bla bla bla...
