Guys, how's Tamron AF 55-200mm F4-5.6 Di II?
Is it worth it? I read some reviews, some said it takes pretty sharp images and its not bad for portrait and macro. How about landscape and architectures?

I'm on a tight budget right now, looking for a lens which is pretty much versatile. Tho i really like the 70300 and 50mm F1.4, but guess I'd go for a cheaper one first since I'm still new.

Pls enlighten me, i'm not good with lens and all.

I'm new to photography and all. Lucky to have found and bought a a300 few months back.
But now I finally think it's time to get an all ranged lens.
Was hoping you guys can recommend me something that covers from 18mm to 200~300mm?

I've been reading on SAL18250, and other equivalents. But everywhere I go seems to have mixed reviews, both positive and negative. The more I read, the more undecided I got.
Instead, I was "almost" determined to get the Tamron 18-270 Di Aspherical something-something-something (Too long of a name), until I found out that it doesn't fit A mounts. Lol.

So I'm kinda hoping anyone here has hands on experience and can fill me in?
