hokc, nice shots....really bring out the mood

anyway wanna ask any bro's here with
Crumpler 5MDH and 6MDH, i need advise which to bring out.
I need a small sling from my Kata 467i......most likely its going out small bag....which needs to fit
A550 + 16105, 50mm/F42 flash - the rest of the space hope to put one waterbottle... hope it can be small and convenient for travelling
maybe future expension the 50mm/flash would be swapped with 70-200 f2 (hope the bag is tall enough to hold it

ahchew, thanks for the suggestion thus for me i prefer range, cos A550 can compensate in lowlight....so the aperture not really important....

so erm 5mdh serve u well?? can keep body+ medium lens(1750 or 16-105) and flash and a small spritzer waterbottle inside??

hi bro..wanna ask something about lcd and the colour....somehow my A550 the lcd display things more vivid than on my laptop lcd (I cant calibrate my laptop lcd but i assume it's as close as the real colour) Maybe can I show some bro's here and see if u see my problem??

Problem = A550 LCD shows pics more VIVID than the actual picture displayed on my computer

I have taken some pics using my T70 to illustrate what I am trying to say.

Pic 1 = Actual pic from A550 (beautiful isn't it?)
Attached Image

Pic 2 = Taken from T70 the overall pic
Attached Image

Pic 3 = T70 point at A550 LCD in review mode (the same pic review as in Pic 1 above)
Attached Image

Pic 4 = T70 point at A550 LCD in review mode (with FLASH on T70) - this pic seems to show/catch the VIVID-ness that I am seeing
Attached Image

Overall the pics from T70 is almost as close but maybe about 10% +/- in colour variance.

achew, sry sry my mistake..ya exectly like you explained..okie.ooo so u got the FF one...okie thanks for the info....i will stick to 5MDH for now..hope my fren can get for me at SG

jcjk, I used A350 before upgrading to A550. Well I can say both are good cams, just that the A550 does much better in low light and focusing tends to be faster and it's also "noob" friendlier than the A350. Some things I miss from the A350 is the ISO100. Cause the lowest in A550 is ISO200 and the noise is still not as clean as it is at ISO100. Then the grip, but that adjustment didn't bother much (A550 slightly smaller than A350). Weight on A550 feels heavier than A350.
Some good things on A550 is the big LCD and the 90'degree swivel thing (so far used once in some anime event)
Noob friendly(face detection) -previously on A350 my frens + waitresses + stranger can NEVER get my face in focus as i always leave it on spot focus. Its kinda troublesome to change settings when ur in a rush and then ppl will say (thousand dollar camera take so long to setup meh? or pay so much all our face out of focus) With face detection all in focus all the time...

i also noticed the output file from the A550 tends to be slightly BIGGER than the A350, maybe it's caused by additional info from DRO settings.

i wrote my name down in the crumpler klcc but seems like 2 mths they no call me...i saw the wait list in the book uber long........so I guess i will get it elsewhere....
thanx poadster, ya tht was the price the guy gave me too...I was hoping for the 5MDH cos its "slimer" more convenient to bring clubbing and parties without knocking ppl and look like a goof....also it could help with practice on "limited" lens available..and teach me better composition style .....
