yeah.. using external flashgun will improve ur picture indore a looooooooooooooooooooooot more than on-camera flash.. it can bring wonders to ur pics.. with external flash u can bounce left, right, up, back laugh.gif .. use diffusers and wireless flash summore.. thumbup.gif

yes yes...agree.....ext flash helps alot...even with kit lens, picture quality can improve alot...hehehehehe....i experienced tat...but a bright aperture lens, will help further...like the tammy 17-50 F2.8....hahahahahah....

Whats the mAh ya? u got from 2400mAh to 1000mAh (for my portable amp) so i can gauge whats the right battery to buy. Many thanks notworthy.gif

im using the sony quick rechargable, uncle chin recommended me that.. last me around 450 - 500 shots?

I only use alkaline batteries for backup power only coz it cannot last long... recycle time also very slow for continous shoot... u got to use rechargeable batteries with high mAh rating and from reputable brand.. currently i'm using Maha PowerEx 2700mAh NiMH Rechargeable AA Batteries.. can tahan a lot.. using flash for the whole day wedding shoot also still not finish..

i use sanyo eneloop....if i remember correctly..only 2000mAh...but the self-discharge rate is very good...

using maha imedion, one charge can last me about 600++ shot on F58, also it's firepower dependent, if u shoot at high ceiling, maybe it last till 500++, if fire at 1/16 most of the time, it last up to 800 shots

sony sanyo..blablabla..all same..coz all OEM from sanyo...lol...so basically inside is the same..only labeling diff..

i think i bought it pretty cheap in singapore...30~40sgd...4batt + charger + from freebies + delivery...not sure the price in msia tho...


but batt..aiya..ok la..it just cost roughly like ur uv filter...lol..compare to those 1k~6k lenses...whats the big deal flex.gif
