Any pro in Sound System can enlighten me whether this is good or not for playing PS3 once it is out ?

Right now i'm using this 1.(Sony AZ Series Hi-Fi system,know it's a bit outdated since i bought it like for PS2 since 6-7 years ago i think if i'm not wrong  )

So is it the one in the 1st link better then the 1 below this ? or the opposite  Cuz i'm planning to get a nice speaker/home theater if possible for my PS3/Laptop plug HDMI to TV only.

nice color theme! everything is well blended..tvs, couch, carpets...hmmm tempting...
