i know this wrong thread but i seen some bros using lcd monitors as alternatives, using a 42inch sony bravia in living room but not convenient due to my parents watching movie and drama at night

thus im almost getting a lcd monitor for myself which in my budget of (rm700+-), what you guys think of these 4 models for ps3? 24inch seems like a good size for small room of mine

ACO 2434PW 24inch RM689

ACER H233H 23inch GBmid RM660

Samsung P2370H 23inch RM760

ASUS VH242H = RM739

but im not sure if all these model support ps3..without any problems, if there is any other suggestion please tell me some ya, want to checkout other models also

i went ikea just now~ no more same stuff but got another one with more slots~ rm399++

har~ sigh so many bad comment for acer~ it seems that my dream for a perfect lcd monitor gonna fall into deep water again
getting a 32inch kinda too big and my room kinda small too

sigh investing in a good lcd monitor really so hard eh...sobs 32inch lcd tv probably my best bet..another rm1300-2000~

dell had the problem with audio lagging via hdmi

even 32 inch kinda out of my budget for those with full hd 1080~ well i guess either im playing in living or get myself non full hd which around rm1300++

i really envy u guys...i dont even have a ps3 yet! but soon soon! i already ordered my dream lcd monitor~ and next month new audio system! then next next month a ps3 slim

got a hdtv sony bravia 42inch outside~ but when using it at living room will disturb my house mom and dad...and often after working hours they will non stop watching till late nite ~ bad for gaming haha

thus i thinking get a cheapo mini home theater~

hahha give me a hi 5~~ , i gonna buy ps3 last though...scared ylod cases...

Finally my 1st stage of getting ps3 is done~ changed a 23inch monitor~ samsung p2370MS that comes with output like normal lcd, cant wait to be a ps3 owner hehe

my messy cable setup, can anyone give suggestion making it better?

My Room: setup
Samsung P2370MS (23") comes with all output same as lcd tv. HDMI, RCA, Component, DVID-D, Digital Audio out, VGA, built in speaker
Old Pc setup = Pentium D~ 1gb ram, Samsung dvd-burner, 120gb hdd, 1TB external hdd from samsung
PS3 Slim 120gb
20meter HDMI cable twin headed (one to the tv on the living room, another connecting to my lcd monitor inside my room), and hidden speakers

My living room:
Sony Bravia 42" V series
connecting to pc and ps3 via hdmi in my room

Ps3 located far away from my lcd monitor...i need large table to put my things there

yup yup but weird la..this cable...i plug to my lcd monitor it cannot detect as 1080p, only 1080i (but my lcd tv outside can detect 1080p)
then then i tried those short cable belongs to my friend...able to detect 1080p on the same lcd monitor.. i wonder whats the problem

name only slim..freaking big size la that ps3 slim..almost same size at the small cabinet.
i want my table to put laptop sometimes, and books too...and i got habit spilling my drinks haha put far away safer

sometimes i dont even dare to use the vertical stand...kinda unstable..my area often raining and wind blowing very hard

always wanted to get a soundbar ..because 5.1 speaker really makes wires around the house
