About Samurai

Mr.Sugihara Katsura, a paint researcher from Japan, had devoted much of his time in formulating various types of high quality paint. Mr Sugihara focused his strength in aerosol and developed a premium range of spray paint products. The 20-year experience in paint industry coupled with the passion in art and painting had spurred him into developing a whole new series of modern paint.

All the original formulations by Mr Sugihara had gone through stringent testing processes in Singapore adopting the quality control procedures as in Japan. These performed tests include leveling test, glossy test, ultra-violet stability test and petrol-resistant test. It is after passing all these stringent tests that SAMURAI® is finally brought into Malaysia and marketed here.

SAMURAI® is marketed by Orientus Marketing Sdn Bhd in Malaysia. It has international experience in providing marketing service to the multi-national companies including those in Singapore, Australia, France, Germany, USA, Hong Kong, The Netherlands, Czech Republic & Middle East.

Our Products

An advance spray paint formula specially made for DIY fanatics to give the best finishing to a wide range of surfaces. The unique formulations of SAMURAI® are well in line with the advanced technology of Japan, which focus on attaining fulfillment from creativity and innovation.

SAMURAI® provides quick drying, high gloss with excellent colour retention. It has good hiding power, that means use less paint for more coverage. The unique modified acrylic formulation provides paint that is softer and last longer, unlike the traditional type which still uses the NC (nitro-cellulose) based, which cracks and turns yellow easily.

Nozzle & Spray Pattern

Unlike the conventional aerosol paint which form a patch of paint upon spraying, SAMURAI® employs a new type of actuator that provides a wider spray angle, thus a better coverage. When the nozzle is pressed, the paint will be forced into the tube and start spinning inside the nozzle before it comes out. As a result, a wide yet thin layer will form. This will help reduce the chances of tearing. Furthermore, this type of nozzle will help to create tone colour and pattern easily.
