thats right
there are 2 types of multiplayer

1 - live bluetooth multiplayer up to 4 players

2 - facebook play. you form a band with facebook friends, and everyone can play the song at their own timing. once complete, you gain online fans, etc

so if i join in facebook multiplayer........ how does it works?
the score and all is just for bandmates to see? instead of everyone?

Cool game on the console. But not sure if its worth a purchase on the iPhone.
I am afraid itd be just like FIFA10 for the iPhone, a failure, thanks to EA.

currently I don't think it posts the score on your news feed.
They just use Facebook to find other friends to play with
You can start a song.. select your instrument and play, and select who else you want in your band
After everyone plays their instruments, you get final score and online fans
which goes into the leaderboard

Useful to jam with other ppl than just playing alone

p.s. - Bluetooth option alot more fun... if can gather enough kakis, maybe have a mamak rockband session smile.gif

If you like Tap Tap Revenge you will love this
It it plays as well as the PSP Rockband, minus customizable avatars

Personally I think alot better than Tap Tap... way way better

well TTR is mainly base on the rhythm and not a particular instrument. there are pros and cons for both.
if you want challenge try TTR Metallica Extreme mode, there are a total of 5 taps instead of the regular 3

BAck to topic, I just tried playing multiplayer through bluetooth with my friend yesterday, and I must say I'm impressed smile.gif
Although I still feel that game developer should come out with their own controller to take advantage of the 3.0 firmware that supports external accessories to communicate with the applications, instead of just relying on the touch screen. (something like the guitar hero controller on Nintendo DS would be nice smile.gif )
