VENUE: Berjaya Megamall, Kuantan ( 2nd Concourse)
Terms & Conditions:
1. The battle is open to individuals or team.
2. Any type of dances is allowed in this competition.
3. There are two (2) segment and all participants must prepare two (2) songs.
4. There is no age limit; those with health problem should refrain from participating.
5. The council will not be held responsible for any loss or damage during the battle.
6. Participants are responsible for supplying their own costumes, equipment and music selection for the battle.
7. The application form has to send back to the organizer before 27th November 2009.
8. Music must be submitted on a CD or as an MP3 or no later than 30th November 2009.
9. All participants must check in 6th December 2009 at least 2 hours prior to the start of event.
10. RM 35.00 entry fee can be due in cash or bank in to SMART Network Marketing according to the account as below which cannot be refundable:-

(Please keep the transcript and bring it when you check in on the day of battle)
11. The organizer reserves the rights to change /amend, add or alter the Terms& Conditions set by the organizer and all decisions made.
12. The battle will be recorded by film, video and photograph; these may be used for SMART Network Marketing promotional purposes without any obligation.
13. Judging point is based on synchronization of dance, creativity, costume, steps and appearance which is judged by three judges.
14. The judges’ decisions are final and no correspondence will be entertained.
