Hi,

anyone know whether i need to get the tenancy agreement to stamp by LHDN?

i heard that if the annual is less than 36000/year then don't need stamping....right or wrong?

reason for asking...i am getting a loan and i want to used the rental for bank consideration rather than taking my salary into count.
So the bank want the tenancy agreement. Do i still need to get the stamping from LHDN? or just buy the setem hasil from post office is enough?

appreciate ur help...

thanks

Yes, you need it to be stamped regardless of the amount since you will use it as proof of your income.
