cooler master 212+ will it fit on my thermaltake v4 casing?

Idle 37-39
with stock cooler idle 39-41

did i install it wrongly? ive tighten the four screws but when i tried to move it quite hard it still can move abit.hmmm

any idea?

ppl said i need to screw in the screw at the center of the X thing, no idea how to screw it

done reinstalling it cause i put to much tim temp idle 33-37 sometimes i fluanctuates
