Wow thats a good temp drop there....
From what i like the Hyper 212+ is that the bracket is very secure and tight.

Red Scorpion S1283 vs CoolerMaster Hyper 212+

which one is better?

and wanna ask if i wanna put it on CM Elite 334 can it fit ?

Can't if your casing has transparent side panel edition one, for double check again try find the HS height and roughly measure on your pc.

WTA, how to fix this heat sink correctly ?

I did was :

1) Apply thermal paste
2) Place the X-Thingy on the heatsink. ( Donno need to screw anything ? )
3) Put the Bracket behind the MB.
4) Fix the Nut and bolt on the MB
5) Adjust the X-Thingy untill can fit into the nuts.
6) Screw the X-Thingy untill thing into the nuts.

Fix the backplate on the motherboard before screwing the heatsink on.
Theres a manual there, have a look at it laugh.gif
