PBB ESSO is debit card ya? looks like credit card. huhu. i'm currently have PBB D2D and Maybank Cherry. Which one is the best for petrol ya? Can I change my PBB D2D to PBB ESSO?

correct me if i'm wrong. but from what i read in PB website, eventhough PB-ESSO is recommended for petrol, still it need the pre-authorization of RM200, right?
