Does anybody know whether CIMB e.MasterCard can be use for PayPal withdrawal?

Really? Which mean Maybankard Visa can right?
I have a problem regarding my Maybankard Visa debit card but i haven't got a chance to go to Maybank yet. I can do a normal online transaction (transfer money, topup etc) but i can't withdraw my money from the ATM, the error message will come every time i tried to. This card is also rejected everytime i tried to connect to Apple Store to buy apps eventhough it is working fine for the first few month i used it. I wonder why? @.@ |
