Hello everyone,

I have questions regarding Maybank2u and their Maybankard Visa Debit.

This is my requirement:
I can interbank transfer online. (eg: Maybank to Bank Islam)
I can use Maybank2u online to send money to my friends from the same bank (maybank to maybank.)

Can I do this with just Maybank Debit Card and apply maybank2u online banking? No need to open savings account? For your information I have tried this before with Public Bank Visa Electron Debit card and link with my pbeonline banking but their online banking can't do interbank or same bank (public bank to public bank) transaction. I call their customer support they tell me to open savings account.
