whats the different btw PB visa electron vs PB visa debit card?

both can use to verify paypal account?

hope u guys don't mind me asking noob question again.


i got my Public Bank ManU Visa DC few days back. Questions:
1) how to deposit/top up money to that DC accout? just like normal deposit to cash deposit machine?
2) how to withdraw cash? i did not receive any PIN number.
3) any special things need to be done before i try to link to paypal?

wanna ask... how to deposit $$ into the debit card?
i'm using PBB MU Visa Debit. i tried at ATM using the option "cash deposit".
but the problem is the machine only accept account number which is less than 16 digits. so how ar?

i tried to use my debit card to pump petrol this morning.. but the problem at the Shell terminal. card can be detected.. but i think maybe the verification fail.

Question: should i go to the counter to swipe the card ?

this is a bit difficult whor.. coz they hotel always ask for card (either credit card or debit card) to swipe ... how to convince the hotel ler?
