can any1 tell me how to obtain the 4 digit that paypal send for eon bank debit card ? And EON bank only have 1 type of debit card which is EON Bank Combi debit Mastercard?

My account transaction history record online ? Just go to http://www.eonbank.com.my/ and login ryte ? And does all the 6 debit card be able to verify paypal ?

How long does it usually take for paypal to send the 4 digit ? I'm using Eon bank master debit card by the way .
