hey guys just a question. i recently purchase goods on9 from taiwan this wednesday. however due to some reason my purchase was being cancelled. i use my maybank atm visa debit card for the transaction. the transaction already cancel by the merchant however Maybank still charged me RM XXX (the price of the good i purchase) PRE-AUTH DEBIT until today.

any idea that will my PRE-AUTH DEBIT being reverse back to my Account?

may i ask where is the money now? since maybank already charge me RMXXX,means they take that amount of money out of my account already. However the seller/merchant bank wouldn't request for the money from my debit card. the money should be in some place right?. or the money just become frozen in my account for 1 month before maybank assure no1 wil claim it?
