cancel my PB electron visa card on 28th dec but until now i dint get any mailing cheque for my refund.. isit the process to cancel and refund take a long time?

nearly 2 month after cancel my card still didnt get my cheque..
call 2 weeks ago - already prepared the cheque just need to pos only call weeks ago - still same. cheque just been delivered to my house.. but until now i didnt get the cheque.. |
