hi..last night i sign up a pay pal acc but for the time being i dont have any importance to buy things from ebay yet.it said that malaysia ebay can only accept CC but when i key in my maybank debit card the system accept and verified my acc. my question is
is it safe to keep my acc idle without using it.
any chances that my banking info will be used by someone else?
or should i cancel my paypal acc?
