hi, the public bank day2day debit card must register for PBebank before can be used to shop online? And D2D got the safety feature when shopping online like double verification(sms) as Maybank debit?

hmm i got the bank islam debit card but cant withdraw money from ANY ATMS.. who got any ideas about why it happens?
