I'm currently using Public Bank Electron Visa Debit Card.I received my card on 15/9,and today I went to the bank for applying the Public Internet Banking's serial to top up money to my paypal and I successfully log in my account and changed my ID and PW.I'm definitely sure I have linked my debit card to my Paypal account. I want to top up my balance but after I entered my balance and log in my Public Internet Banking account,it shows a notification as below:

Transaction Failed
This Request Could Not Be Executed.Please Register Accounts That You Would like to transfer funds from at your nearest public bank account.

And I'm logged out.Ihave no idea what's going on!?

Plus,I unable to get my debit card verified from Paypal.It says they were unable to verify this card.Please check if the information I entered is correct.If the the problem persists,please try to enter a different credit card.

Oh my,I feel faint and frustrated now,I never thought of using a debit online would be so challenging!

Anyone who is kindly helpful enough please give me a hand,I'm a debit card newbie,so please don't laugh at my stupidity. :\

So,if for credit card do I able to add funds to Paypal? So debit cannot be used in purchasing things from eBay or any websites? It just can be used to pay while we shopping?

As you told me to enroll at the http://www.pbebank.com/en/en_content/perso...ards/vbvmc.html I have done it.And I get it verified.But still,when I want to purchase from eBay and it will link me to Paypal and guiding me to verify my Paypal,and the problem still exists,it still informs me that they were unable to verify this card.Please check if the information I entered is correct.If the the problem persists,please try to enter a different credit card.
