Purchase cloth yesterday at Pavillion, with Maybank VISA debit card. Everything goes well, but when i check my online statement and balance.

The transaction been charge twice with the same amount RM199.90, while i only signed one receipt. Called customer service, they say will refund on 14 days.

Any idea of this kind of problem? gonna go to branch tomorrow to seek for help. Thanks!
