hey miles, i'm a student and currently i have a CIMB acc only. i would like to apply for a debit card. what bank and card is the most suitable for me?

i might be paying anything ranging from below RM100 (e.g. for discounted games on Steam, some of them are even below 10 USD!) or maybe thousands (e.g. helping a friend buy a limited-time deal for a laptop on Dell website since he doesnt have any CC or DC).

best if the card has no yearly commitment fee though. sometimes i might be short of money. well, u know, student life. hehe.
