I got the message "you acc has been locked" while going thru the process of verified by visa sweat.gif

mine is pb day2day card,can use this service right? hmm.gif

and now wat shud i do?wat number shud i call? hmm.gif

anyway,i can use this card to buy tickets online right?haha
me is very very new to this.... unsure.gif

i called the number juz now,but i have no idea wat i shud choose for sweat.gif

there is so many options,wat shud i choose for my situation? hmm.gif

i've unlock my debit card

now need to go through the "verify by visa" process again

i'm confuse wat shud i key in at the

"mother's maiden name" there,shud i put my mum's whole name?

or just her 1st name? hmm.gif

Btw,to unlock my debit card

i just to the center there,talk wif the customer service person,told her tat my card has been lock

and wala!She ask for my debit card number and tats it thumbup.gif wub.gif
