Hi all, since debit card can be used at place that accept credit cards, it "works" like credit card too.
But I wonder if we can use this concept and pay monthly insurance premium via debit card? I know some mentioned its impossible. But I think its possible as long as we maintain balance in our account? correct me if im wrong... |

For normal ATM card, we are charged RM1 if withdraw from other bank ATM. But with debit card, if we withdraw money from other bank, will this considered as cash advance thru PLUS or Cirrus network?
