The is no bank offering true 0% installments but PB and CIMB do offer installment plans up to 24 months but there's a handling fees (upfront fee) of 2-4%. Just wondering is there a time for the Maybank Visa Debit card to perform online transaction? I am trying to purchase an app from iTunes and its 1.17am now.. Enabled the online transaction thing on mb2u already and this is the first time purchasing on itunes. Edited: NVM it works now after i reenter the data and wait for a few minute before i try again.
