 cannot format Acer Aspire 4530..Why?

i have one Acer aspire brand laptop model 4530...

this 2 weeks there have so many virus in my laptop hardisk.. so i decide to reformat the hard disk...

like always use format cd... after loading file and when its try to search for previous version of the windows...

blue screen occur... i have tried to reformat it 5 times already but still the same error occur

i have tried to remove the virus from my hardisk by changing the hardisk to my pc... scan via updated antivirus...

i have also done chkdsk /f for my laptop hard disk...

after that i put my laptop hardisk back into my laptop.... and try to reformat.... but still the same error occur...

blue screen appear..why?...

help me please...

press f2 whn the computer starts

go in the bios

find sata mode--- should be in achi mode

change it to ide mode

but i wonder why it didnt support Achi mode?

isn't it ahci instead?
win XP x hv the driver 4 ur hdd due to much later tech
similar to y u need driver 4 USB device in win 98 but not in ME onwards

ur xp disc doesnt have the sata driver thats why.

yup.got tutorial like using software nlite to slipstream ur mass storage driver into win xp cd

 

Change to:
