Got a question with regards to legal agreement/contract .

Me and a 2 other friends are forming a partnership(Perkongsian , not Sdn. Bhd.) to run some business. As for partnership agreement, since there is 3 of us , how many copies do I need to prepare for the stamping office to stamp ?

Read over the internet that a original copy and 3 supplementary copies(1 for each partner) are needed , while the original copy will be kept by the stamping office, is this correct ?

As for the stamp duty, how is it calculated ? And is this paid for the original copy only , or for the supplementary copies as well ?
