Just an enquiry here, Im planning to buy over an existing business located in KL Sentral. However I do not have enough start up capital for the business. My plan is that I join into partnership with 2 other foreigners from Philippines. One of them has a working permit and another one does not have one. Please advise if this kind of partnership is allowable in legal terms or not.

Added on July 20, 2011, 7:28 pmbtw, the reason im doing this partnership is because me and the other 2 partners are planning to buy over a cafe. Hopefully u guys sifu can shed some light to me on this as im a total noob abt business
